Your will consultation and drafting is handled personally by Robynne Landore — an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with hands-on experience in deceased estate administration, will drafting, testamentary trusts, and curatorship matters.
Robynne trained at the University of Stellenbosch and has administered deceased estates from inception to finalisation — reporting to the Master of the High Court, obtaining Letters of Executorship, managing SARS tax affairs, and attending to final distribution. Unlike banks and insurers that assign your estate to a faceless pool, you deal with Robynne directly from your first consultation through to your family’s final distribution.

Will Drafted & Signed
Your will is drafted within 5 working days, returned to you for review, signed in our offices with proper witnesses, and stored securely.
- Within 5 days
Estate Reported
On your passing, we report your estate to the Master of the High Court within 14 days and apply for Letters of Executorship.
- Within 14 days of death
Letters of Executorship
The Master of the High Court issues our authority to act. We open the estate bank account and begin calling in assets and settling debts.
- 4–12 weeks
L&D Account
We draft the Liquidation and Distribution account — a complete picture of all assets, liabilities, and the proposed distribution to heirs.
- 3–6 months
Gazette & SARS
The L&D account is advertised in the Government Gazette for 21 days. SARS tax clearance is obtained. All creditors are settled.
- 21+ days
Distribution
Assets distributed to heirs exactly as your will instructs. Property transferred. Estate bank account closed. Your wishes honoured.
